Resident Project Monitoring

It has been estimated that 90% of all coating failures are the result of poor surface preparation and poor coating application. Proper formal monitoring procedures will more than pay for themselves in a longer life, quality coating. It is recommended that all work be monitored on a regular basis to ensure that all work is performed by the Contractor according to the specifications. Our on-site, Resident Field Monitors can monitor the work as it is performed, thus eliminating the cost and lost time involved by having to correct improperly performed work. Experience has shown that on-site monitoring can produce a coating system that will last twice as long as a coating applied without monitoring. This results in a tremendous cost savings for the Tank Owner in future years.
