Our Pre-Bid or Initial Tank Inspections May Include:
- Inspections by SSPC and NACE trained and qualified inspectors.
- Relief valves are installed on the system during inspection if necessary.
- Approximately 150, 35mm color photographs of the inside and outside surfaces of your tank.
- Paint adhesion and thickness tests will indicate overcoating possibilities.
- Ultrasonic metal thickness tests indicate depth of corrosion or pitting.
- Disinfection of all affected areas of the tank.
- Inside and outside paint samples taken for lead/heavy metals testing
- A comprehensive letter report, usually 20-40 pages with recommendations and conclusions.
