Norman Noe is a National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), Certified Coatings Inspector #1891. Mr. Noe has over 25 years of practical experience in the inspection and application of coatings on water tanks. It is estimated that he has personally inspected over 1000 water towers and tanks. Mr. Noe was also on the Steel Tank Manual Task Force that reviewed and developed the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Manual of Water Supply Practices M42 Steel Water-Storage Tanks which replaced the AWWA D102, Standard for Inspecting and Repairing Steel Water Tanks, Standpipes, Reservoirs, and Elevated Tanks for Water Storage. Mr. Noe is a member of the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC), and is a Technical Committee Member of the Surface Preparation Group; Industrial Abrasive Blast Cleaning, Power Tool Cleaning, and Inspection Committee.
